This art exhibition brings together outstanding works from children of different ages, covering a variety of themes such as natural scenery, portraits, and fantasy worlds. Through bright colors, bold ideas and unique expressions, the children showed their beautiful vision of life, the world and the future. This art exhibition is not only a stage for children to display their artistic talents, but also provides them with an opportunity to communicate with the world through the language of art. We encourage the audience to enter the world of children, feel the beauty and wonder in their eyes, and witness the childlike charm of art. 參展要求 Requirements 1. 參展者年齡需介乎4至17歲或以上，不分地區、國籍、膚色。Participants must be aged between 4 and 17 years old or above, regardless of region, nationality or skin color. 2. 每幅作品尺寸須在一米以內（長或寬均不超過1米）。 The size of each work must be within one meter (length or width shall not exceed 1 meter). 3. 作品可使用任何形式的繪畫工具和材料，鼓勵創意表達。Contestants can use any form of painting tools and materials for creative expression. 4. 每位參賽者可提交多幅作品，每幅作品將收取單獨報名費，報名費包括：行政費、專家評審、證書製作費（如入圍）等。Each contestant can submit multiple works, and each work will be charged respectively, covering administrative fees, expert review, certificates (if shortlisted), etc. 5. 入圍作品均可參加線上展覽並收錄至畫冊。All shortlisted works are eligible to participate in the online exhibition and be included in the Album. 6. 優秀作品將獲邀於在香港文華東方酒店展出，有機會獲收藏家收藏。協辦方可協助裝裱（如需），策展費將另行通知。Excellent works will be invited to exhibit at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Hong Kong, with opportunity for collectors to acquire. The co-organizer can assist with framing (if necessary). The curatorial fee will be notified in due course. 7. 作品須由參賽者獨立完成。The work must be completed independently by the contestant. 8. 作品須政治正確且不涉及暴力、色情等違法或違背公序良俗和倫理道德等內容。The work must be politically correct and not involved violence, pornography, or other illegal content or violate public order, morals, ethics, etc. 評分準則 Grading Criteria • 內容創意性 Creativity: 30% • 繪畫技巧 Drawing Skills: 25% • 著色技巧 Coloring: 25% • 整體藝術性 Overall Artistry: 20% 評選與獎項 Selection and Awards 為鼓勵青少年兒童積極參與，本次畫展將設立多個獎項，除了每個組別的冠、亞、季軍，金獎（前10%）、銀獎（前20%）、銅獎（前30%），還設有最佳創意獎、最佳色彩運用獎、最具藝術性獎等。所有入圍作品均可獲得入圍證書，在線上展覽並收錄至畫冊，並有機會贏得豐富獎品。 To encourage young people to actively participate, this exhibition awards talents in different aspects. In addition to Champion, First Runner-up, and Second Runner-up in each category, there are Gold(top 10%), Silver (top 20%), and Bronze Awards (top 30%). There are also awards for talents with The Best Creativity, The Best Use of Color and The Most Artistic Award, etc. All shortlisted works will receive a Certificate of Nomination, be featured in an online exhibition and included in the Album, and have the opportunity to win valuable prizes. 另外設有最佳組織機構獎以及最佳導師獎。 There are also awards for the Best Organization and the Best Instructor. 畫冊需另行購買，費用將另行通知。 The painting album needs to be purchased separately and the cost will be notified later. 賽程設置 Schedule 作品組織征集：2024年10月到11月18日 Collection of artworks: October - November 18th, 2024 作品專家評審：2024年10-11月 Expert review: October - November 2024 獲獎結果公佈：2024年11月底 Announcement of award results: end of November, 2024 頒獎及作品線下展覽：2024年11月29日-12月1日 Award Ceremony and offline exhibition of artworks: November 29 - December 1, 2024 獎狀證書及實體作品寄送 Methods of Sending Certificates and Painting Works： 1.參賽作品大賽組委會將在相關展覽展示全部結束後，根據各參賽者的賽況及需求，寄還參賽者作品、入圍/獲獎證書、獎品、作品畫冊等物品。 The Committee will return the contestants’ works, nomination/award certificates, prizes, Album and other items accordingly, after all relevant exhibitions are completed. 2.參賽者可自行取回作品、證書等物品（可親身參加于香港文華東方酒店舉辦的頒獎儀式，其他自取地點另行通知），或由大賽組委會辦公室按參賽者申報時所填寫聯繫人、聯繫方式和聯繫地址以郵寄方式退還（採用順豐速遞到付方式寄送）。如上述聯繫方式和信息有誤致無法退換的，大賽組委會辦公室將予以免費保留60天，並由參賽者在此期間自行前來領取或另行約定郵寄退還；逾期未領取或未約定另行郵寄退還的，視為自動放棄該實物作品，並同意授權大賽組委會全權處理，由此造成的一切損失和責任由參賽者自行承擔。 Participants may retrieve their works, certificates and other items by themselves (They can attend the award ceremony held at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Hong Kong in person, other pick-up locations will be notified later), or the Committee office can return their works by mail (sent by SF Express collect) according to the information provided in the registration form. If Should the contact information is incorrect and the Committee office will keep it free of charge for 60 days, during which participants may come to collect them or arrange for mailing. Otherwise, it will be considered an automatic forfeiture of the physical works, and participants agree to authorize the Committee to handle them at their discretion.
