Trophy and Certificate Application
APCYTA賽事設有金獎及全組別冠軍，金獎，銀獎，銅獎以及參與獎。其中證書可選擇實體證書或電子證書。
APCYTA competition offers Gold Award and The Overall Champion; Gold Award, Silver Award, Bronze Award, and Participation Award. The certificates can be chosen in either physical or electronic versions.

如何申請 How to Apply

填妥訂製申請表。Complete the trophy and certificate application form

透過WhatsApp或電郵回傳付款憑證。Return the payment receipt via WhatsApp or email.

獎項約2個月内送達。Awards will be delivered within approximately 2 months
申請須知 Guidelines to Applicants

製作需時，如未能等候，建議申請電子證書。電子證書將會列印 QR code綁定至協會證書系統供升學學校或評核機構認證。Production takes time; if cannot wait it is recommended to apply for an electronic certificate. The E-Cert will include a QR code linked to the association's certificate system for verification by the schools or assessment bodies.

證書使用英文，獎盃默認中文。請小心核對訂製信息，如資料錯誤導致郵寄失敗本會恕不負責。表格一經提交，每更改一個項目須繳付港幣$50行政費。The certificate will be issued in English,The trophy defaults to Chinese. Please verify the information before submit. A HKD $50 will be charged for each item changed. we are not be responsible for any delivery failures due to incorrect information.

凡訂製獎項學生，將在獎項寄出后發送學校賀信（正確填寫學校英文全稱）及推薦信（推薦信僅適用於全組別冠軍得獎者）；賀信將會透過校網發送，如不在校網，會發送至學校官方郵箱。Students who order awards will receive a congratulatory letter (please fill in the full official name of the school in English) and a recommendation letter (the recommendation letter is only applicable to overall champion winners). The congratulatory letter will be sent through the school network; if not on the school network, it will be sent to the school's official email.

機構或團體批量訂製可填寫批量訂製表格及聯絡客服。Organizations or groups wishing to place bulk orders can download attached form and contact customer service.
